Membership Rules & Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a young entrepreneur aged 18-40 years
  • Own or co-own a registered business in Laos
  • Demonstrate commitment to business growth and innovation
  • Support sustainable business practices
  • Agree to contribute to the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Laos

Application Process

  • Complete online membership application form
  • Provide business registration documents
  • Submit business plan or company profile
  • Pay annual membership fee
  • Attend orientation session for new members

Membership Categories

  • Full Members: Business owners with full voting rights
  • Associate Members: Business partners and co-founders
  • Student Members: University students with business ventures
  • Honorary Members: Distinguished contributors to entrepreneurship

Membership Fees & Renewals

  • Annual membership fee must be paid by January 31st each year
  • Late payment incurs a 20% penalty fee
  • Membership expires if fees remain unpaid for 90 days
  • Renewal requires updated business information
  • Fee structure varies by membership category

Board of Directors

  • Elected every 3 years by member vote
  • Comprises 7-11 members representing diverse sectors

Executive Committee

  • Vice President: Assists president and leads special projects

  • Appeal reviewed by independent committee
  • Final decision communicated within 60 days
